Editing for Music Video

During the music video, I had to cut the video into different parts in order to import it into my computer. When I started editing, I first had to match up everything with their correct scenes. I used OpenShot to edit and review my videos. The next step was to cut out any parts that were not included in any of the scenes. In some parts of the video, you can see unwanted people in the background, where I had to snip out. There were also ending scenes of me and the recorder talking about what's next that I had to cut out as well. Since my computer is old, it was hard to edit this, so it took an overall 2 days to edit the whole music video. The first day was spent cutting and editing out scenes that weren't suppose to be in the video, and shortening the length of the video to reach 1 minute. I also edited the lighting to either be lightened or darkened depending on what scene it is. The last step on the first day was to mute all of the video scenes to get ready to input the music like a voice over for the video.
