Filming for my Music Video

The first part of the filming process was having to create a dark nightclub scene. I had to dim my lights and use my TV to create flashing colors. I then put the music of the song I chose in the background to match the lip singing in the video. Since I did not have enough people to create a big club scene or extra people in the back, I have altered the set up of the music video to only show me for the most of the song, with extra videos embedded into it to make it look like I am thinking of past times. My friend helped film the music video, while my brother helped with the lights and making sure no extra people showed up in the background. After setting up the scene, my friend filmed the video horizontally, creating a steady movement back and forth, and titling the camera when needed. The outfit I had on was bright and classy, while I danced in the middle of the hallway. I had to re-film some scenes due to a dark shadow, and fix the lighting multiple times. Overall, the process of setting up, filming and cleaning up took a little over an hour.
